Miro - free, open source internet tv and video player
running around with you laptop.... need free media and no hotspot... no problem ... Miro does the downloading ...u pick your channels and Miro will download updates and save them for the time u set.... really cool for news... kids show... web-updates... DONT ADD TO MANY AT FIRST OR YOU WILL SEE HOW SLOW IT CAN RUN...limit your selections to about 20 for the first run. check how fast it runs on your system before you get em all running.... dig it... great for travel.... or continuous back to back random programing.
